Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation but ended up leaving with an alert saying antilock brake system that is stuck on my dashboard. So I was told to drive careful but go out there and schedule a time for someone else to, what I'm told, to run a vehicle diagnostics to see why and what happened. This is the second time I have brought my car for an oil change and once finished have errors on my dashboard that they have to fix.

I was very disappointed in the vehicle that we purchase. It was clear to me that the vehicle was not inspected when presented to us. So much is wrong with the vehicle as it was bought from somewhere or anywhere. I took it to a licensed mechanic and was devastated. I asked if we could look at another vehicle at around the same price or close and told no. I thought the customer and their safety was the main concern but undoubtably it is about just making a sale. I will be keeping this as documentation on such a bad deal or the worse. I have never had a dealership act with such disregard and not caring about the customer's decision. I offered to pay a different note. Disappointed isn't the word. I know other dealerships would have really appreciated my business. Never shopping here again: it about the buck. That contract could be rewritten.

In the past, after an oil change, my vehicle was washed and vacuumed. After this time I asked if that was done. They told me no, because I did not ask for it. When I questioned the process, I was told that I would have to ask for it. Policy had changed. My question was why was I not asked, after the conservation they did not offer to do this. They acted like I was putting them out, by questioning the process.

I purchased my 2018 Tahoe from this dealership and have had all the routine maintenance done there. I have never had an issue until now. I took the Tahoe in for an oil change and I asked to check suspension due to rough ride. No one called to inform me of the work being done or the costs. I finally had to show up at the dealership late in the day just to pick up the vehicle and was told they installed new shocks and struts and was handed a bill for over $6000.00. I didn’t take the vehicle that day and was given a loaner to drive home. The next day the Service Manager explained the work done and discounted the bill to “their costs” because I had not approved to pay the $6000 repair bill. I asked if the vehicle was fixed and was told it drove as good as a new 2018. I left the dealership and the Tahoe had a severe alignment issue in the front end and would drive straight in one lane when I let go of the wheel. I immediately took it back and the dealer gave me another loaner to drive. The Service Manager called to tell me the alignment issue was due to tire wear and not alignment of the front end. She couldn’t tell me why the technician that drove it didn’t notice the severe pull in the front end. I agreed to buy 4 new tires. I was able to take the Tahoe home later that day. A couple of weeks went by and the right rear tire began to leak air. I also noticed a sporadic popping sound in the front end. I took the Tahoe back to the dealer and was told the bead on the tire was bad and they replaced it with another new tire. They also replaced a missing lug nut that they left off when they put on the new tires. They said a technician couldn’t look at the front end that day and I had to take it back again a few days later. When the front end was checked this time they say the sway bar links were broken now. I don’t understand how the links could be broke now. There was no popping noise in the front end until after the struts were changed. They also said the rear brake pads needed replacing and the transmission needed flushing. We had the transmission flushed one year ago at that dealership when the Tahoe had 59,000 miles on it and it now had 69,000 miles. No one could explain why the technician said it needed flushing again. This makes me question a lot of the work that has been done. They never showed me the shocks, struts, sway bar links, or brake pads. Finally, no one called me to let me know the Tahoe was ready for pick up this last time. I had to drive across town to the dealership just to see if it was ready.

Didn’t get a call until 4:45 - only to find out that they had looked for other things wrong with the car other than what I needed fixed. And one of the those things had been previously fixed so I assume either the parts are inferior or it wasn’t fixed. Clearly the history of this car was not looked at while they were looking at it. I just picked it up without any work being done. I will take my business somewhere else from now on.

I wasn't quite sure where to go at first, so I called the front desk and the lady was super friendly in directing me where to go. I love that there's a maintenance area separate from the service department. The man at the maintenance desk was super friendly and the service was quick. I barely had a chance to walk around the lot and look at the inventory LOL. I did have a very nice conversation with one of the newer salespersons. He was hoping to get his mother-in-law into a new Equinox, which is what I was bringing in for an oil change.

I was met by Laura Johnson as I entered Roger’s Dabbs. She was not overbearing, just a wonderful saleswoman who never pushed me. We sit with her as she filled out the paper work. We did not go in there to buy a car. But I just wanted to see the Chevrolet Trax. She told me they got one in yesterday. It was a grey trax just the color I wanted. I test drove it and I was sold. I have never been treated as well as she helped me and my wife. I did not like going to car dealerships because, they swarm you and push you. I never once was pushed in buying a car. But I told her I wanted to buy it. So we got all paper work done. She took us outside and went over the entire car and all the computer techniques . She made it simple looking. And now we are home we are learning it. But she told me to come back and she would go over anything with us. I have already referred her to my son that wants a Chevrolet Truck. I have never just went on about a salesmen or saleswoman. But Laura became a friend to us . I would never use anyone else but her. None of this is made up. This all was exactly the way it went. Everything from meeting her, doing paper work and meeting Mark in finance was made simple. Laura Johnson gets a 10 from personality, knowing what to do, great knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles. But being kind just came natural to her and that is the way it needs to be.. She was wonderful and made buying a car if possible a delight. I bought my truck in because the heater coolant pump was leaking coolant. I was told that there were other issues like gaskets needed replacing,even lied to that there's two oil pans ( upper and lower) on my 5.3l engine. Totaling close to $5,000. I did not know that my extended warranty had expired before I brought my truck in. I have been working on vehicles since I was 13 years old, so I know when wool is being pulled over my head. The mechanic who looked at the leaking heater coolant pump did not put the bolt back in that mounts it to the motor. I was quoted $702.00 to replace that part. I replaced the $68.00 part myself.

Overall quality experience as expected with Rogers Dabbs, however the service technically isn't finished yet. I called Friday August 15 to schedule an appointment for my 2025 Chevy Equinox's WiFi / OnStar / GPS / Compass all being out. I couldn't make the weekend so I scheduled for morning drop off on Monday August 18. Worked with Angela who is nice to work with. Got a ride from Aja to work who is a wonderful driver and great to talk with. Was told I'd be called later that afternoon. I called around 3:00 to ask about vehicle — it had not been looked at yet. Called the next morning at 8:45am to find out if Equinox would be looked at that day (apologized later for doing so, however if the car wasn't going to be looked at that day I was going to need it for work that week). Car was looked at that morning — needs a new OnStar module. Part ordered. Will be called when it comes in. Shuttle service picked me up to drive me back to pick up the Equinox. My sincerest apologies but the man who picked me up that morning was incredibly nice and a good driver as well. Would be 5 stars, but not completed yet.

I arrived at 9am for a recall service (that I was told was scheduled for 1.5 hours) and an investigation of fluid that has been leaking onto my garage floor ever since I purchased this vehicle from you just a few weeks ago. After four hours of killing time and not hearing anything, I stopped back by to check on things. Josh was summoned and appeared a few minutes later proclaiming that they just got finished and so I had arrived just in time! Later in the conversation, it turned out that the work had been completed at least an hour earlier but that communications between the various parties there had delayed my notification (which never came). The recall work was complete. When I asked what they found with the fluid leak, Josh was obviously surprised by my question. He said something about his having told his guys to keep an eye out, but that they hadn’t noticed anything amiss. It’s quite apparent to me that nothing was done in this regard, despite my appointment indicating that an inspection would be done. In fact, I had called Service the day before asking how long to expect. I was told 1.5 hours for the recall work, and that for the leak investigation they would inject some dye and drive the vehicle a bit and see what they could find. That, obviously, did not happen. Josh suggested that I make another appointment. It seems clear that this customer’s time is of no importance to you. And I’m wasting the last of my warranty mileage driving back and forth to your place. If it’s not clear, I’m very disappointed in how you responded to my service request.

First Robert did not visit the dealership, I did, the wife. I scheduled an appointment but the car was not looked at until several days later after I called for an update. I had a few things I wanted checked. The associate should have let me know those are things checked during a multi point check instead of charging everything separately. I paid almost $400.00 for things that are checked during a multi point check and miscellaneous fees. Price for repairs so outrageous, I didn’t have any repairs done. The reason I was there was for motor out in passenger rear window, $160.00 to tell me regulator and motor needs to be replaced. I told them the motor needed to be replaced, the window was stuck down. TMP Light on $160.00 to tell me what the dashboard already reads.

Had new mirror put on my 2500 HD drivers door and small upper tailgate switch replaced , could believe that Scott came back and told my truck was finished in about 1 hour and a half . The issues started out when they gave us an appointment and had us come back in several days later to actually get the diagnosis. Once we got the diagnosis (transmission torque converter replacement) and we told them we were going to take the truck home, they reduced the price and asked us to come back in Monday to have the service completed. We returned on Monday to get the vehicle worked on with an anticipated completion of Tuesday (the following day). 10 days later and a whole bunch of excuses of the technician was having issues with another vehicle which was causing a delay on ours being worked on, we received our truck with a replaced torque converter. I am only giving a rating of a 2 because it was completed and seems to have fixed the issue. BUT it cost me money on what should have been a recalled item because from what I have researched, this is a common problem. Also the time that it took to get this issue fixed.

First, they fixed my truck. Unfortunately, - it was in the 17 DAYS - wanted to replace my transmission fluid because “color was not good”. When I informed them, they did the service earlier this year just 7000 miles ago they said OK -they wanted to replace a motor mount, however, inspector from warranty said it was not needed -they did replace my idler pulley and serpentine belt. Thank you I understand they are short-handed, I would prefer to know that earlier so I could look at other shops that may complete job expeditiously

The service lady Angela was very rude &unprofessional. I came in smiling &she asked why was Smiling. On top of that I was scheduled for an oil change...only to get my corvette back 2 days later. I understand things happen. When I call to set up an appointment for service I expect to be top priority for that time I was scheduled to come. It is not problem that Rogers&Dabbs had a lot of other cars to come in after me! I don't appreciate the way I was treated. I brought my vehicle in due to a check engine light coming on. I brought it in the early part of the week on Thanksgiving. My advisor was Chris who was patient and answered any questions that I had. I just received my vehicle back yesterday which was 12/9/25. There was somewhat of a back up and I guess getting it back yesterday was okay. I just hate after the dealership had my vehicle for about two weeks there was not a loaner vehicle available during that time, which was an inconvenience. I’m just glad my truck was fixed and done right.

Before the oil change, my engine light was not on, but as soon as I got the oil changed, the light popped on. I told the guy and he stated that it was because of the recall on the vehicle and it would go off once, it was replaced. I was concerned about driving it and he told me that it was fine to drive. My vehicle was worse once I started driving and acted like it wanted to shut off. I took it to another dealership to get the recall done, just to find out that the technician did not put the screws back into the air filter cabin correctly or not at all. Luckily, everything was checked out by another technician at another dealership.

Everything was good except I spent an hour of my time sitting in the show room because of lack of communication on Byron’s part. He said he didn’t tell anyone I was waiting. Byron went to lunch and when he returned I was still there. He needs to pay more attention and develop a bit of concern for another’s time. His apology was shallow.

Byron was right there when I got out of my vehicle. I let him know I was early and he stated that was ok. I told him they could wait until my appointment to take it to have it serviced.
